Services and Bookings
The Butterfly Experience International provides coaching sessions, mentorship, professional development services, and creative programming designed to support professionals and creatives.
All services must be scheduled through the official booking system available on this website. By booking a session, you agree to provide accurate information and to attend the scheduled appointment at the agreed time.
Refund and Cancellation Policy
All services booked through The Butterfly Experience International are considered final once confirmed.
Because time and availability are reserved specifically for each client, refunds are not offered for scheduled or completed services.
If you need to reschedule a session, you must provide at least 24 hours notice prior to your scheduled appointment. When adequate notice is provided, we will do our best to accommodate a new appointment time based on availability.
Requests made less than 24 hours before the scheduled appointment may not be eligible for rescheduling.
Missed appointments or no-shows are non-refundable and cannot be rescheduled.
The Butterfly Experience International reserves the right to cancel or reschedule services when necessary. In such cases, clients will be offered an alternative appointment time.
